Retail Warszawa, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Szczecin, Poznań 2021, 2022Rituals Cosmetics opened its first brand stores in Poland in cooperation with Schwitzke Górski office. The range of products so far available at Douglas and Sephora perfumeries or the online shop of the brand will be fully available at the brand showrooms. The first one of them, with the surface of approximately 150m2, has just opened in Warsaw at Westfield Arkadia, another in Sadyba (Warsaw), and soon yet another will open in Galeria Bałtycka (Gdańsk).
The Schwitzke Górski office was involved in the comprehensive implementation of the brand concept, unified across Europe. The scope of work included the preparation of detailed designs, including the adaptation of the conceptual design to local legislation and the turnkey construction of the premises, together with the Project Management coordination.
This is yet another foreign client on behalf of which Schwitzke Górski has coordinated the construction process, thereby continuing the development of comprehensive services for brands, not only including the design of unique experiences, but also conceptual implementations and construction works. The entire cooperation with Rituals was unique in that it took place remotely due to constraints imposed as a result of the COVID pandemic, but it went smooth nonetheless. Actually, the concept was implemented as part of hybrid cooperation; its efficiency, which has already been tested by Schwitzke Górski, opens the Polish market to brands from the world over.
The main objective was to prepare and implement the entire investment in such a manner as for the investor to receive the keys to the premises, and this only required stocking up by the investor. As a result, the preparation of the shop so that it could welcome first customers has been going smooth and in a timely manner, and the brand could focus on communication and marketing activities related to the opening and entry onto the Polish market.
