Paper & Tea Office
Offices Berlin 2024PAPER & TEA has opened its new flagship office in the center of Berlin, located in the AchtBerlin office building. This is the brand's first realization of a communal space that combines functionality with inspiring design.
The aim of the project was to create a comfortable workspace that also inspires and creates unique experiences. The new space allows employees to freely explore the world of tea and design and to work in exceptional conditions. The office is an excellent example of creating a coherent brand identity, embodying the japandi philosophy characterized by simplicity and minimalism.
The office design utilizes natural wood shades and draws inspiration from washi paper, reflecting the textures and colors of nature. Organic materials are highlighted in numerous vertical elements, both in furniture and decorations. The space is complemented by accents related to tea culture, such as intricately made tables, shelves, and relaxation areas with soft furnishings, as well as a tea bar.
Additionally, the office has a specially designated section for intimate conversations, providing comfort and privacy for meetings. A green area designed for relaxation and rejuvenation was also incorporated. This space, finished with natural stone, is consistent with the japandi aesthetic and reminiscent of Japanese gardens, combining form simplicity with warm accents.
