Project management

Our experienced team of project and construction coordinators takes care of the author's and investor's supervision over a given plant and introduces substitute solutions if necessary. The most important responsibilities of our experts include: supervision and coordination of construction works, carrying out tenders for executive and equipment works, construction management, investment substitution. We work according to an agreed schedule and on the basis of the executive design, detailed guidelines of the Tenant Book, taking into account the provisions of local law.

Construction, revamping, assembly works

We are experienced in carrying out construction, renovation and installation works. We have been co-operating with our own proven teams and partner companies. We ensure comprehensiveness of offered services, work on a "turnkey" basis, solving all problems without the client's involvement to reduce, at the same time, the stress associated with managing a project.

We are able to work on the basis of agreed schedule and budget. We hand over the premises prepared on a turnkey basis and carry out all the acceptance procedures.
